Turn Around Time/Availability

Two Day Delivery
You can expect your gift to arrive approximately 1-2 full business days. From Mid-June to September, in order to maintain freshness we do not ship fruit over the weekend. Any orders placed with two day delivery after Thursday, may be held until Monday and delivered on or before Tuesday of that week.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.

Overnight
You can expect your gift to arrive within 1 full business day. From Mid-June to September, in order to maintain freshness we do not ship fruit over the weekend. Overnight orders must be place before 1pm EST/10amPST, on Thursday, otherwise they will be held until Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.

Availability
My Gift Basket reserves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship any gift baskets internationally.

Our Guarantee/Return Policy
My Gift Basket offers a 7 day return policy, during which any recipient may return a gift at their own expense,
within 7 days of receiving it, if not completely satisfied. We will either exchange for an item of equal or greater value or refund 100% of the gift basket price, less shipping costs. If you need to return a gift, please email us at a dmin @mygiftbasket.us , for a return authorization number. Please use "Return Authorization Number" in the subject line. Your refund will be issued upon our receipt of your gift basket. In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non-availability of a recipient, My Gift Basket is charged shipping to and from the location stated on the order form, so refunds will be computed based on these or any other additional charges If you order arrives late due to a shipping company delay a credit for shipping will be issued. This does not cover delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful. Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. No refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.

Placing an Order

information. We take great care to package and deliver our products fresh.

Methods of Payment
For your convenience, we accept Visa and Master Card and Discover.  We also accept cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. In the event you prefer to use a cashier's check or personal check, please print out your order form and send it along with your payment to:

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Colorado (2.9%).  This is due to the fact our office is located in Littleton, Colorado. All other states are tax-exempt.
